Larosée® rises in the heart of
the protected area of the Montagnes de Thy

A protected site

The Montagnes de Thy site offers a singular terroir where exceptional roses flourish in harmony with nature.
The rose garden is located on a strip of land nestled between two arms of the river at the foot of a wooded hill. The force of the water drives the mill wheel and supplies electricity, helping to make our estate self-sufficient in energy.

A peninsula on the Dyle

An old farmhouse and ruined mill set in 7 hectares of naturally protected grounds. The estate is located in the hamlet of Thy, in the commune of Genappe, in the heart of Walloon Brabant. It is home to a varied and well-preserved flora and fauna. Deer, owls, beavers, hares, foxes, herons, frogs, ducks and bees cohabit and contribute to the natural balance of the site.

Our Project

We carefully select roses for their subtle, delicate fragrances, cultivating ancient essences in a simple, environmentally-friendly way.

As soon as they are picked, we immediately process the fresh roses to create exceptional products,
reflecting our commitment to nature and our quest for excellence.

The plants we grow are selected in harmony with the unique characteristics of the Montagnes de Thy site.
These selections enable us to grow in a way that respects the local ecosystem.

After years of research and fine-tuning, we have developed a transformation process
that combines different extraction methods, with an emphasis on authenticity and quality.

Our fundamental principles

At Larosée, we are committed to responsible cultivation in harmony with nature.

We believe in the power of each individual to make a difference for the environment, one sip of gin at a time.
